  They are stuck in the past. They don't offer any of the modern features that a bank in this day and age should. My card was cancelled due to fraudulent activity and now I have no access to money. They don't offer cardless cash, I can't use tap and pay with my phone. I can't even transfer money out of the account to another account because the verification code isn't coming through to neither my phone or email. What a joke. They updated their services a month ago or so, it wasn't barely good enough then. Now it is worse and even more backwards.

  Worst bank experience in the world, first time I went through oh we do not have enough staff to hand more then one person. Ask for a "bank chank" every one just look at me like I have three heads, I will have to my business eles where to handle my money.
